showing clickable areas on a wireframe

HIghlighting clickable areas, as mentioned in the wireframing magazine blog, is something that is easy to do with iplotz. Although in the Preview mode, if the the mouse is passed over a clickable area, it highlights by turning darker grey, the user may not know it is there, so I create a semi transparent box area over the clickable areas to guide the user. Works well.

  1. Hey there... I'm using iplotz a lot but I have some problems with the interface. I didn't see this Preview Mode and how can I do this transparency? Keep with the great job.

  2. the preview mode is currently called Comments, (name will be changed to Preview in the upcoming version in a couple of days), The red transparency is created by using the rectangular tool on the top control bar, and then in the inspector palette you can change the color and the transparency level using the slider. Let me know if you still have problems finding them..cheers, mark
